Make a schedule & stick to it : Make a schedule for exercise, meals, for family and for yourself
Hydration: Keep 1 lit water bottle with you, so it will be easy to remember to drink water. Make sure that you are drinking enough water (try to drink Kokam, kairi panhe, buttermilk, lemon juice & coconut water)
Take care of your gut : Include prebiotics and probiotics in big meals like curd, pickle, raw salad and buttermilk etc.
Body posture : If you are sitting in front of computer then adjust the chair height so your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are in line (or slightly lower) with your hips. Sit up straight and keep your hips far back in the chair. The back of the chair should be somewhat reclined at a 100- to 110-degree angle. Ensure the keyboard is close and directly in front of you. Don’t sit for long time at one place. Take a break and stretch for relaxation.
Snacking : Always choose healthy options for snacking or for munching like dry fruits, whole fruits (not juices), makhana, roasted seeds, egg items, cooked sprout bhel with lemon etc.
Exercise : Make sure that you are giving at least 40min for exercise or yoga or HIIT or dance or any physical activity.
