DOSAGE : It is always recommended to use fresh lemons, not artificial juice/ preserved lemon juice. For adults, RDA (Recommended Daily Amount) of Vitamin C is 65-90mg/day. And 1 normal size lemon gives you 50mg of vit C. So, u can have at least 1 lemon/day.
Lemon water is safe to drink but there are some side effects you should know : it contains citric acid, which can destroy tooth enamel. So, to reduce the risk, you can use straw for drinking lemon water or you can rinse your mouth by using normal water.
