CCF tea ☕️
. In 250ml water, add-
. 15gm Cumin seeds
. 15gm Coriander seeds
. 10 gm Fennel seeds
Give it a boil for 5-8 mins (till it is half of original quantity)
Filter and have it after lunch & dinner.

Also,
✅Avoid unhealthy eating habits
✅ Avoid eating just before sleeping
✅ Avoid high intake of table salt, spicy food
✅ Avoid excessive consumption of tea, coffee & carbonated drinks
✅ Reduce stress
✅ Drink more water & hydrate your body
✅ Stop taking non steroidal anti inflammatory drug or antacids
✅ 7-8 hours of deep sleep is necessary
✅ Consistency is the key to all health problems
