1. Rice is a rich source of carbs and therefore acts as a source of energy.

3. Rice contains very low amount of saturated fats and cholesterol     making it a helpful food for.

4. It controls blood pressure as it is low in sodium.

5. Rice helps in the growth of beneficial bacteria that improves     digestion and regulates bowel movement.

6. Rice is gluten free food so it can be easily include in the diet of people suffering from celiac disease.

7. Rice is food item that essential to boost one’s health.

NOTE :
Always remember you should eat cooked white rice with green veggies + dal + cow’s ghee (in serving size) to make food nutritious, for fiber intake and to normalize blood sugar level.

Also, amount of fiber in brown rice is 1 gm more than that of white rice.
Brown rice takes time for cooking and it is difficult to digest.

So without any fear you can eat white rice instead of brown rice.
