Lemon water is safe to drink but there are some side effects you should know : it contains citric acid, which can destroy tooth enamel. So, to reduce the risk, you can use straw for drinking lemon water or you can rinse your mouth by using normal water.

Try to include sweet potato salad and soups in your food plate.

Carrots : Carrots are loaded with vitamin C, which is precursor to collagen production. It prevents wrinkles and uneven skin tone. Drink carrot juice or soup at least thrice in a week.

Nuts and seeds : Nuts and seeds are full of vitamin E which helps to retain moisture and strengthen skin barrier. Try to eat handful of mixed nuts and seeds per day.

Water : Major reason for lower level of moisture in our body is we stop drinking water in winter. It is very important to drink lots of water. Drinking lukewarm water – improves skin, fights winter weight gain, protect your immune system and prevent constipation and gastric problems.

So hydrate your body by including soups, vegetable juices, broths, water rich fruits like oranges, melons etc. and lukewarm water.

Both are rich in omega 3 (PUFA), which reduce inflammation and lowers risk of heart diseases, cancer and arthritis. .
Both are good sources of lean protein.

People who don’t eat fish should know that seafood is not the only source of vitamin D. Whole eggs (mainly egg yolk) are another good source of vitamin D. Daily exposure of direct sunlight is important to boost vitamin D3 levels.
