Hi! I'm Pournima, a Pune based Nutritionist and dietician. As a Dietician I have worked with hundreds of patients and understand the intricacies of various physical and nutritional issues that people face. My work revolves around being friendly, disciplined and organized yet flexible.

MY APPROACH : Beat the root cause of any problem.

My fitness approach is purely based on ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS. I approach my patients and help them resolve their diet issues by analysing and beating the root cause of any problem to open the door to a brighter and confident future. I believe that achieving a fitness goal is not sudden but a gradual process. Focus and consistency are the keys to achieve your goal.

My carefully curated fitness-focused approach involves three comprehensive steps : 

Pre-Consultation, Consultation and Post-Consultation.

  • STEP 1 (PRE - CONSULTATION) : The first step involves analysing and diagnosing your body type and composition, calculating BMI, learning about your food habits and diet history.
  • STEP 2 (CONSULTATION) : Based on the above factors, in the next step, I provide suitable and effective Diet plan that are tailor-made to hit the target and eliminate the root cause of your problem.
  • STEP 3 (POST - CONSULTATION) : The third and an important step involves Post Consultation which involves follow up. Although a number of barriers hamper its implementation in practice, including time constraints or lack of appropriate training, it's important to follow up and implement changes in diet plan as per requirement. Always remember, consistency is the key.

Do you have office in Pune?

No. We work online using telephone, email, and WhatsApp and if you are in Pune we can meet outside (book café, coffee shop or workplace).

How soon will I see results?

First we start working on root cause of the problem so it might not be a measurable effect immediately but you will start feeling better, more energetic and inch loss within a week or two of following the diet and exercising. Don’t focus on weight, focus on fat loss, energy, stamina and improvement in health and exercise.
